1) Parking available on the left side
2) It is situated inside the polar bear
3) The bake their own bread so it's quite fresh and hot
4) You can have ice cream from polar bear along with your sandwich
5) Crowd is decent and staff are friendly
6) Service is good.
7) Very close by to the nearest bus stop so can walk in for a quick bite
8) Place is quite big and comfortable

1) Rates are in the mid high range .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place and good food. The salads are tasty. Good place to hangout with friends. Polar Bear attached for some tasty ice cream. Not a crowded place. The guy behind the counter was a bit grumpy while taking orders. Other than that, nice place to grab a bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FOUND A COCKROACH IN THE SALAD. Please do not order from this restaurant because there is no basic hygiene being maintained here. I'm going to inform the food inspector about this place. Ordered a Aloo Patty Salad through swiggy and this was what I got. Please stay away from this dirty place!
