★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience. We waited for about 40 min for our order. When we went to the counter to ask no one responded to us properly. Very bad customer service. Not only us they were not responding to other customers as well. poor team co-ordination.

The reason I give 3 is hygiene. The tray they serve the food is not cleaned. The staff should take note of this as it's most important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing the negative review I thought let's give a try to this restaurant and share a feed back on public platform. I went there I placed Order, I taken my order, I have taken extra sauses and ketchups whatever I needed and my kids enjoyed food well. If you ask me staff is good as few of them mentioned Staff is rude and not trained properly, from my point of view those are false statements. Don't judge everything on public platform platform. One thing I can say I have observed some customers taking ten ketchups for one burger which is not correct and when staff said they are giving as per standards for one burger one ketchup and one tissue that person started yelling at the staff which is not good. If you ask me, feel happy For Godsake KFC is not selling ketchups if you are taking ketchups beyond their condiment policy like other brands. And finally Food is good, hospitality is good and staff is good. Very satisfied with food and staff.
