★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional way of service for patients. No proper way of queing people. Take the consultanracy fees beforehand so that you have to waits for hours and hours....and you cant leave. After that tgey vehemently send patients to doctors according to their way....
Better to meet doctor's at othet clinic if possible..
Tou can try once and experience this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Saibal Sen at Purnam regarding slight pain in right side of 1 tooth. he checked & advised to make a ceramic cap for both side of 1 tooth each. I had full faith in him. I told ok. he did not do X ray or root canal, just simply do the procedure of crown fixing. I was complaining so much pain but he told it is not fitted properly, i do it proper. but the pain didnt subsidise. I asked him if it requires some treatment for nerves but he told all is ok. now I went to another dr, he did a hole in d cap and will do root canal. I suffered so much and paid 12,000/ for 2 ceramic caps inside metal. Very much sorry to say this but I am very much unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely unprofessional clinic. No value for time and appointments. Extremely partial behaviour of the staff, letting in their favourable patients skip the queue. Totally not worth it. I would advise people to avoid this place if you have a value for your time. Better to consult the doctors elsewhere. And they take the consultation fees beforehand so that you are trapped cannot leave. I had a so called "appointment" at 2.30pm, I had to wait till 4.30pm just to see these favorable "high priority" people skipping the queue and leaving in front of you. So guys, if you are not willing to enjoy these please stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely unprofessional dr.shivshankar roy ... he guided me wrongly for tooth extraction ...now it hurts so much.. its been 8 months .... they are just focused on minting money. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not helpful at all especially at the reception. Place is nasty and owner does not seem to take care of the place well and is only interested in money making. Other hospitals have far better facility at same price. I visited Dr. Shivaji for hernia. The doctor was good but the facility was not. The doctor asked for a female staff as I visited alone. The staff made him wait for 20 minutes before arriving. He had to call the receptionist instead in order to reduce my wait time. This is how bad the service is.
