★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Dhulagarh Plant Today (08.03.19), however the security personel posted in Gate No 3 used abusive languages to me and forced me to go out of the gate. I am from Efrac (Edward Food Research and Analysis Centre Ltd. We are the top 3 accredited labs in India NABL & USFDA Inspected Lab) went to get some testing samples for our lab.
The security from SIS group misbehaved with me and used abusive languages. Did not even allow to meet the Purchase or Quality assurance team for any kind of discussion.
I do not know which kind of behavior is this as the organization is expanding into a global market with their products, and this is kind of treatment they are showing towards other company employees.
This sort of non professional attitude must be stopped, else the future of this organization will tend towards darkness in the coming days.
I am sorry to say this with plants set up in West Bengal and providing employment opportunities to the people.
However the treatment with the employees visiting from other organizations should be taken care of by the management on a strict note.

Whichever biscuits I find in your show case, all of them are better, much tastier than their counter products of Britainnia or Parle. I never tasted you cheeslings before. Today I have started munching your Cruncheze and I am about to finish the whole dubba in an hour I tell you.
However, I may like to add a point. Your cakes, not the packaged ones; could be less sweet.
I have some observations about your staff also at some store or other. Nothing about their behaviour or courtesy. If you share your Hr or any other person's email id I may like to give you a feedback which might help you in your profitability.
Looks like you have opened up in Nagpur. Is it?
