★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to borivali shop of yours and as purushottam being a brand name this time I was really disappointed from their packing. I wanted to courier papdi and masala Kela wafer outstation but we were shocked looking at packing it was in normal plastic packing and rubberband put on top which wasn't expected as their packing is always in silver wrap, further to my knowledge after opening the packet it was already open from inside and also quality of wafers was bad and the papdi was fully in very small pieces broken from inside. When we went and inform the manager Yash sitting inside borivali branch. He said we will look in to it may be from factory this mistake is done or the package cover is changed, he is not aware abt the how the packaging done in his store, strange. Further on the wafer package the sticker of manufacturing date till expiry date was only 1 month and on box it was mentioned best before 60 days, why such contradictory sticker. When asked Yashica said it may be a sticker mistake from factory. If this is the service you will give to your regular clients then who will buy your products henceforth. Pathetic and I will never recommend anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the busy, well connected (& developed) suburb of Borivali, this place stands-out if you looking for all things related to celebratory food (read sweets, fresh/hot farsaan, packed namkeens or dairy based sweets)!. Their must try includes Malai sandwich (by far the biggest size across India), Shreekhand, Boondi ladoo, White Dhokla and any other "Bengali sweet"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if taste is something you live far.. then this is for your sweet tooth... Yes, i am ready to compromise on the fact that staff at times goes missing and we have to wait for attention.. (happened 2 times in my last 10 visits)... and yes, they charge you a premium... but then... one would reject an offer to HEAVEN if sweets from here are offered as an compensation... DIVINE...!!! Love this place.. and would go here again and again and again... and again...
