★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a place! Chocolat crossaint are a must try. Cheesecakes and brownies are unlike any other. Sandwiches are v normal. Must try pineapple, chocolate truffle cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Red Velvet cake.. It is an emotion... Soft and moist and that sour taste of lime cheese cream is all to die for. One of the best cake I have tasted so far.
A half kg cake but it would fall short ?. Enough for 4 people but more than that would definitely demand for a bigger cake.

We then ordered in a cookie brownie and a pastry. I call it the pastry cause the name stated "Dutch truffle" but the person serving said it's "opium pastry". When we enquired why the name goof up and we suggested him to place the names right. He just ignored it outright.
Parking is an issue there. You cannot sit and consume, nor do they permit you to stand inside have the pastries.
The brownie was ok ( overhyped), the pastry was way better but the service definitely is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing! I went to the shop today 29 April at 6.30 pm for an order needed tomorrow late evening.
It's my mom's 73rd Birthday and I wanted the 1 kg Fresh cream Mango Cake and they tell me all orders need to be placed by 3 pm today. Did request to see how can they accommodate this as I had no clue of their cut off. No nothing can be done. For a brand like this and in an age we live this was the most unexpected.
Today in the name of exemplary customer service people go out of their way to do things for the customers. People walk an extra mile to make their customers feel special but I guess it's a fat Brand now made alot of money and they are not bothered for a small order of 1 kg in the tons of orders they receive in a day.
I have been recommending Theos to all my known people in Miraroad but the service I received today makes me reluctant to order anything.
I am very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering its name I thought people here would be more polite when catering to their guests. Very unwelcoming. We had ordered pastries and coffee. The person serving us kept us waiting forever. We even asked if he could get the order out but simply nodded in vain. Pastries were good. Loved the lemon tarts.

The shop is big and has limited indoor and outdoor seating space.
They offer a variety of desserts such as cookies, pastries, cakes and cupcakes.
We had ordered Dutch Truffle cake, it was very delicious and yum. But the quantity was less for the price paid.
Overall it was a good experience.They just need to rethink on the prices.I would recommend this cake shop if you are looking for some dessert in Borivali West.
