The owner is not ready to agree for the mistakes made by the tailor.
It took multiple attempts to get a an outfit delivered without satisfaction because the owner mentions that this is the best of their ability.
Not recommended at all!
Please dont visit!

After the update below, the owner's brother (apparently the real owner) called up and refunded part of the amount for the mistakes made on their side. This person was nice and honestly, a total opposite of the person sitting at the Santa Cruz store. 2 stars for the genuine response from this person, however the overall experience was sour.
Update:
After my Google review, the owner responded with a generic reply with an email id to get in touch. This is a DECEPTIVE reply just to make other google users feel like they care. I spoke to the owner in person and they very well know the issue. After their calling their salesperson, and the salesperson agreeing that the product is not 100% (in contradiction to the owner's stand) what was promised also - the owner was still being difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, basic values is lacking in the owner and inherited by their staff.

SAVE YOUR SANITY AND MONEY. Go to another store.

The real owner called and he was much helpful as compared to the other lady who presented herself as the owner. If you go to the store, make sure he is there and not this other lady “Pinky”.
The clothes designs are good, so worth a try, but make sure every measurement, every detail, every conversation is documented and noted as they tend to have a chalta hai attitude.

The worst experience ever. The owner is rude and unprofessional. We had concerns with our outfit but she was not ready to agree to any of them and told us- ‘itna toh hota hi hai’
From the owner to each staff member, all of them are ready to blame the customer for anything/everything.
Outfit- not we ordered
Delivery- late
Staff- unprofessional
And if you bring it ip with them, they’ll refuse to handover the order.
