★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt the purva villas are well constructed, luxuriously styled and located within the centre of the city.The sales manager Abhishek Kumar is extremely helpful with all the queries, entire Puravankara team helps out in all areas like - legal, banking, CRM etc during the sales process. Sales process is excellent and I was very happy with my purchase and interactions with Abhishek and others. Everything was good until I decided on certain modifications of the villa and I chose to involve their design team trusting Purva brand. However it became challenging to work with the design team due their miscommunications with me and other Purva teams internally. Hence reducing the stars.

He assure everything during discussion after the advance payment everything will be changed . He assured many things to me when I speak to purva people little different.He speaks flowerish. But he is fake .

But quality of the construction is good. For people who wants to stay away from city can go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team( Abhishek ) is extremely supportive and provided multiple visits and explanations with a lot of patience and resolved all our questions in the site and over calls too. He completely understood and tried being in customer shoes and supported the fact buying a home is not a easy decision and requires to give same or similar information again and again.His friendly nature really made us very comfortable. Hope we will be part of Purva Smiling Willows community soon.
Regarding the community , the location is peaceful, accessibility is okay. The design is what we really liked the best. Being of the the very few villa projects in south definitely a no brainer as a choice if every other personal paramenters work well. Could have better greenery, hope would be built over time.
