★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is once in a lifetime experience. And one of the biggest and most unique in India. The place is full of colors and cultural and activities. Also, a paradise for photographers. Set near the famous Puskar lake and the Bramha temple, the place sees a lot of tourism and trade activities during the camel fair period. People come here to sell/buy camels, horses and other animals. Also, local Rajasthani cuisine and culture is on display here. The fair and this place should be in your to-do list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed seeing animals around me but for me this is kind of torturing animals. I saw few animals were hurts and I didn’t see any one around to help it. One of them was a horse which was bleeding and i didn’t see its owner around. For me, as the first time participating there, i felt kind of bothering animals, keeping them all day long in one place fasten the legs, with everything on just to show people it is nice, buy it ... I don’t think it s fair. Especially it was raining and some of them were getting wet!!

The entire town is magically transformed into an open exhibition of art,music,fun,games and much more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an ultimate experience to capture Pushkar Cattle fair from my lens. People of villages of whole Rajasthan espacially of Marwar region arrive here to sell and purchase cattles. Various cultural programs as well as camel race is organised by tourism department. Pushkar Cattle fair attracts Indian as well as foreign tourists. Lord Bhrama temple as well as Pushkar Sarovar are also worth to visit.
