*Waste of money* Here you can only enjoy camel riding. There in nothing special places to visit during camel safari. It's just an fraud by telling you that they will take you to the desert, sight seeing, etc. They take you to the market which is run by themselves. Don't buy anything from that market since it's very costly. It's just simply waste of money & time nothing else. You can do shopping from the local market which will save your money. They take 1k-1.5k for 1 camel (only 2 people on one camel? ) They take 2k-2.5k for 1 camel cart ( 4 people in one cart) They take 5k-6k for the donga(jeep) (4-5 people in one Jeep) Don't spend this much amount for this camel safari as it's totally waste of money? and time. Like my review if you found it helpful for you.

Pushkar Lake or Pushkar Sarovar (Sanskrit:पुष्कर-सरोवर) is located in the town of Pushkarin Ajmer district of the Rajasthan state of western India. Pushkar Lake is a sacred lake of the Hindus. The Hindu scriptures describe it as "Tirtha-Raj" – the king of pilgrimage sites related to a water-body and relate it to the mythology of the creator-god Brahma, whosemost prominent temple stands in Pushkar. The Pushkar Lake finds mention on coins as early as the 4th century BC. Quick facts: Basin countries, Settlements … Pushkar Lake is surrounded by 52 bathingghats (a series of steps leading to the lake), where pilgrims throng in large numbers to take a sacred bath, especially around Kartik Poornima (October–November) when thePushkar Fair is held. A dip in the sacred lake is believed to cleanse sins and cure skin diseases. Over 500 Hindu temples are situated around the lake precincts. Tourism and deforestation in the surroundings have taken a heavy toll on the lake, adversely affecting its water quality, reducing the water levels and destroying the fish population. As part of conservation measures, the government is undertaking de-silting, de-weeding, water treatment, and afforestation as well as mass awareness programme.
