β β β β β Our local vendor, can get most of PC stuffs or else if ordered we can get it sourced it by evening.
Not good for getting service done for systems..
Don't ever give ur systems for service..
Over priced for service as they don't do anything and it's outsourced,, poor quality replacement parts used, and they argue staying that it is like that..

β β β β β They only stock basic local pc parts, if you want anything they can order but they don't have a list of what all items they can order. First they'll say everything is available sir, later on only 1 item is available, that too just 1 model. Easier to travel to SP road. Also, they're just busy listening to music when you enter.

β β β β β i gave to service my PC to this worst showroom. they charged me 1300 rs to install antivirus and they installed crack (fake) antivirus i had 1 year licence but today it's showing as quick heal total security got terminated the service due to fake product key. also they stolen my 4GB transcend ram and replaced with cheap quality chines ram. when i reported about it the shop keeper was very arrogant he shout back at me and ask me to leave his place. pls dont buy any product or give for service they are biggest the cheaters.

β β β β β Avoid this store at all costs. I had been here to get my desktop fixed. Not only did he not fix it, he behaved extremely rude.
I was getting 3 beeps from my motherboard. Obviously, I googled for the solution and found that it was an likely an issue at with the RAM. I myself took the ram out, cleaned it and put it back in. But that didn't fix the problem.
Later, I came to Pyda hoping for some "professional" help. But this guy also did the exact same thing. Removed the ram and put it back in. And then tried connecting another SMPS. It did not fix the issue at all. He asked me for 200 rupees SERVICE charge for it.
For some quick context, I had been to 2 other computer stores before this. They did not charge for this initial assessment and they did more tests than this guy did. It's common practice to not charge for initial assessments. If some repair needs to be done, sure, by all means, service charge is a must.
He didn't fix the issue and tried some basic things that even we can try. I was baffled and enquired why I need to pay 200 for just a quick initial assessment. He started SHOUTING and verbally abusing me. I told him that the other store (Cauvery Infotech) didn't charge me and they did more tests. In a rude and loud tone, he said "Why did you come to my store then? You should've gone home".
Utterly rude and has zero respect for the customer. HE NEVER MENTIONED THAT THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT WOULD BE CHARGED WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE. They reel the customer in, charge them how much ever they want and start shouting at the top of their voice if we question the bill.
The first page on Google search result was more helpful than this guy. I wouldn't mind paying if he wasn't as rude and did a thorough assessment. But after such a horrible experience, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE to anyone.
Cauvery Infotech, which is very close by, is a much better option.

β β β β β I had given lenovo thinkpad for servicing on 11th Dec 2021.
Complaint: Laptop was not booting and also not charging was the issue.
Service person tried to charge the laptop with new charger and it did not work. Shop owner informed they need to check with technician and it takes 2 days time and service charges is Rs200/-. Next day they have called me and informed Motherboard is having problem and also screen display is gone. Before giving it for service screen display was absolutely fine and there was no issue with screen.
Quote to repair motherboard (Rs2000/-) and also replacing the screen(Rs3000/-). I have asked them to repair only motherboard and not to replace the screen.
On 16th Dec i went to collect laptop to shop and found that laptop was kept on the table with full of dust and scratches on the panel. Service person did not even show by switching ON laptop to show whether they have fixed the problem. Another shocking issue is they removed the screen panel and didn't even fixed it properly. Screen panel was open on both sides and any layman can make out by seeing the screen. Service person called up owner regarding this issue, he said will look into video footage to see how the scratches has happened, it was a silly excuse that he had given. They have charged Rs2000/- to fix the motherboard issue and created new issues with screen display, too many scratches on front panel and display panel was not fixed properly. I am very disappointed with their service. My sincere advice is, if you are giving laptop or computer for service in this shop think twice.
