★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a flat in Celestia in July 2019 and the work is still not completed. There were many extension to the handover date and still work is not completed. Not getting any communication from builder regarding the progress of the apartment. Even if there are any update on the handover date, that had never been met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought this property in year 2020. We were told by the marketing person that it will get finished December 2020. However due to COVID things started to get slow, and builder told us hey will handover by May 2021.
Now its almost April 2022, the project is still in progress.
Builders does not have any respect for the Investors, they don't even pick up phone calls or schedule meetings for timely update.
Works gets stopped time to time without any explanation.
They only reaches to investor when they need money.
