★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brokers are pathetic money mongers if you want to buy.. Maintainance and Builder DONT CARE and do not return money on sale of flat. Greedy. I rated 4 only due to security and low rise around so the view is great atleast you can see clear skies. Plumbing is a BIG ISSUE. God knows why they keep water supply minimal.. no back up for electricity except common area. Again, AVOID brokers outside society premises in market. Amit properties is ok and ones in society are decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking facility and their rules and reguare out of this world, it seems pyramid management is from another "Gola". If you have a car then please don't even think to shift. Cab facility is too limited and for wifi you have to rely on tata fiber which is too costly. For shift in society you have to pay 2000 and if you want to move out then also you have to pay 2000. They will not provide any general maintenance for your flat you have to arrange same or that will be done on chargeable basis. So, don't think to shift in ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humbly requesting not to come here with family on rent. They don’t have 4 wheeler parking facilities, you have to keep your cars on the road at your risk, around 300 cars struggle daily to park and they are 3rd class local people living here who are even willing to damage your car with sticks if by chance it’s blocking their cars.
I have seen an incident recently while a dirty local doing it and the guards just play being innocent, fact is they are all involved.
The bathroom flush get sewage water supply and this is best fit for these kind of local, 3rd grade people.
Please please… stay away from this place!!
The agents, don’t trust them, all they want is money and they don’t care about your well-being and safety!!!
They don’t deserve a single star also!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to rent or purchase a flat at reasonable rates coz it's located at outer of Gurgaon. Only issue is of distance from the Hospitals, Schools, Metro Stations etc as of now. It's a plush green colony and similar ones are coming up in this area. Property rates are gonna rise in quick time for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are good and the society is also very good, but here you are going to face many problems, there is no good arrangement of water, nor is there any arrangement of electricity because there is no government electricity, relying on DG generator or own electricity That's why just doing it here is going to be troublesome for you, please check everything beforehand, otherwise you may have a lot of trouble later.

But giving my rating for people living in this society as owners and that making this society worst place to live.
