★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seems like only have famous name. When I compared to facility with the price It doesn't match with each other. When you visit to see the flat they will treat you very well, also very positive attitude. The society is still developing, very less people staying there right now. It will take time to filled entire flats. Consultant who will talk to you will explain you everything, try to ask as much as you want. They are quite supportive and helpful.

Pros:
Strong Architecture & Interior planning
Good Security, Adequate Parking, Club services, Sports facilities,. It gives you a feel of modern condominium with all security measures. Ideal for families with children & elderly. It offers excellent panoramic view of Gurgaon night scape.
Cons:
The surroundings need better upkeep, JLL team needs to report to Gurgaon municipal corporation for removal of small temporary tea stalls/ unauthorised outlets in the vicinity. Sray dogs sometimes create a menace; it needs to be handled. Tata Housing should take responsibility for cleanliness of connecting roads.

What's Good?
- Construction quality is good
- Neat society with good maintenance
- Good clubhouse
- Nice neighborhood
Not Good
- Have service roads in between, so it's a divided society with separate blocks
- It has huge high voltage ⚡ station right in front. During rains it's extremely dangerous for the first tower
- Maintenance is high (4BHK apartment was charging 13k per month)
- Entry is not good. U have to take a ugly u turn of coming from extension
- Overpriced. It's the costliest property in SPR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata's quality of construction better than many of the builders. Three layer of security. Cleanliness. Good club with gym to hot & cold pools, tennis courts, basketball and we'll maintained park. But as come out of towers, can't escape from moving vehicles and that is the biggest drawback of this high-end residential Apartments or Condominium.

It's like a dream to have home here.
Gorgeous place and well maintained, equipment with every security arrangements. I am blessed to visit here at my friend's house.
