β β β β β We visited this place as we are foodbloggers and our food page name is "Foodshers". We loved the place and our personal favourite are Edamame Cheese Balls and Chilli Oil infused Corn and Pokchoy Rice with Jade Vegetable Gravy.
Loved every bit of it. do try it if you are a fan of amazing asian chinese and vegetarian food

β β β β β If you are looking for an authentic Asian cuisine in Mumbai, qinling is the perfect option for vegetarians. The best authentic taste and super fantastic service makes this place really amazing.
restaurant is located opposite to palladium lower parel and can be easily located on google maps. the place has cosy and vibrant ambiance with sitting capacity of around 30-35 people. The staff here is friendly and really cooperative. the entire menu is vegetarian and 70 to 80% of the dishes can be prepared in jain variation.
The food we had was super delightful and had balanced flavors. out of the entire menu we tried,
Mocktails: All the mocktails were really refreshing. the Basil Infused lemonade had really strong flavor of basil leaves. it was blended well with lemonade.
Cucumber Grapefruit cooler: healthy and refreshing drink had really good thickness of cucumber along with tangy sweet flavors of grapefruit. combination was really good in taste.
Qinling Passion: Stylish passion fruit drink served in round glass along with liquid nitrogen and lots of ice. it was flavorful.loved it.
we also tried,
Spicy Noodle Soup: Spicy, tangy soup was perfect for noodle lovers. loved it's texture. The crunch of veggies were giving really amazing balance between flavors.
Hot & Sour Soup: Rich thick sour soup was served along with tofu and bamboo shoots. it was good in taste and consistency was little thick. overall it was good recommendation in soups.
Crystal Vegetable Dumplings: Super fine coating of dumpling had veggies and mashed paneer and it was served along with fragrant soya sauce. both were going well with each other very well.
Tofu & Crispy Corn: Fried corn along with tofu were perfect to have along with chilled drinks. the corn was crispy and crunchy so as the tofu.
Tengara style paneer chilly: One of the best version of paneer with all flavors tangy, spic and creamy. the paneer was soft and perfectly cooked in dark soy along with capsicum and green chilly. highly recommended.
Edamame butter rice with Sesame Tofu: The rice were properly cooked along with edamame and was giving compliment to the super amazing sesame tofu hoisin sauce. the taste was good and the portion size was sufficient for 2.
from the dessert section we tried,
Mandarin Mousse: one of their best desserts. the dessert ball made up of white chocolate and strawberry sorbet. it was super delicious. soft mousse made from white chocolate had strawberry sorbet inside. loved their presentation too.
Sizzling brownie.: brownie was served in Pull me up style. the sweetness was perfect. the brownie was soft and we had a binge while having it. it was topped with gems which was really cute. loved it. recommended.
overall had a great experience at qinling. special thanks to Mr. sameer and Mr. avdesh for giving us the best food with really quick service.

β β β β β Visited this place recently. Its situated right opp. Phoenix mall in lower Parel.
Seating arrangements is quite spacious.
Coming to food, I really liked the quantity along with quality.
Started with Kung pao paneer, Exotic Vegetable Dumpling and Edamame cheese balls . All 3 starters were amazing in taste. You can ask the chef to make it less spicy if you want for all the starters.
And the best thing is they can also serve you Jain dishes .
For mains we had Thai Curry with rice . It was good in quantity but taste can be improved. It was little bit on watery side.

Dessert was star of our meal. We had pull me up brownie dessert - hands down the best β€οΈ

This was our right destination to enjoy some great hot and spicy Chinese dishes.

Qinling is Vegetarian Sichuan Cuisine Restaurant, the signature dishes are curated from Sichuan, a province of South-west China.
Chef has done a fantastic job, along with the taste of the dishes, his presentation skill is superb.

Both the starter dishes are tasty and served hot.
For the main course, rice and curries with gravy
Chinese Greens and Shiitake mushroom and Ma po Tofu
Both are tasty curry dishes with exotic veggies and silky tofu.
Served with Edamame butter rice.
Qinling Sundae icecream is super tasty. Must try.

β β β β β Vegetarian cuisine is based on food that meets vegetarian standards by not including anything from animal-derived rennet or gelatin.
For Lacto-ovo vegetarianism, dairy products like milk and cheese are permitted.
The strictest form of vegetarianism is Veganism, which excludes all animal products, even dairy products, honey.
Jain cuisine is completely Lacto vegetarian, excludes underground vegetables, such as potato, garlic, onion etc, to prevent injuring small insects and microorganisms, also to prevent the entire plant getting uprooted and killed.

The awesome vegetarian dishes, we have order -
Tengra style paneer chilli - A spicy preparation. Paneer cubes are tossed in dark soy sauce with green chillies, bell peppers and spring onions.
Edamame cheese balls - Crunchy covering, inside soft cheese, melts into mouth. Served on spicy Sichuan sauce.
Presentation and taste are awesome.
Ma po Tofu - silky tofu cubes are served in dark spicy sauce with Sichuan seasoning along with broccoli pieces.
Chinese greens and shiitake mushroom - an awesome vegetarian gravy dish.
Served with Edamame butter rice.
Lovely main course dishes. Enjoyed the taste and presentation of the food.
Dessert of the day -
Qinling icecream sundae is awesome. In-house made black sesame seeds and ginger icecream scoops are served on crispy fried honey noodles.
Mr Santhosh Lasrado - Resturant Manager is very co-operative person. Welcomed us warmly, explained in detail about the food & the Group.
Service is good.
Staffs are well-trained.
Loved each and every dishes.
A great place to enjoy some good vegetarian food.

β β β β β Very surprising to come across a place serving Chinese ( Sichuan) cuisine is a 100% vegetarian plus, yes you read it correct.. Qinling serves 100% vegetarian food + also has Vegan, Gluten free and Jain options.
Located inside very famous Rolling pin, is this cute outlet ready to serve us with their very traditional Sichuan cuisine food.
Below are the items we tried -
- Bubble Tea & Qinling Passion :
Not a huge fan of bubble tea but i liked the subtle taste here it was a mix of chocolate and coconut. Qinling Passion had orange juice with passion fruit extract and some magic β¨.
- Sichaun style Paneer with cracking spinach:
I love how spinach paired so well along with paneer herr and the crispiness gave it another level of texture. Paneer was absolute soft and was drenched in Sichuan sauce which is a very new concept. This cause gave me a nice sting of spiciness but thr creamy paneer tamed it down.
A very nice dish to order.
- Spicy Noodle Soup :
This is not your typical minced vegetable soup with soy sauce. The soup had a star item which was the noodles which did take us sometime extra to finish. But the soup gravy itself was really spicy according to it's name and also had chinese cabbage and pokchoy. Someone with spicy taste buds must try this one.
- Exotic Vegetable Dumplings :
A very nice presented dish with delicious dumplings filled with veggies and nuts were so rich in flavour and gave a good crunch in every bite. The peanut and spiced oil sauce was major of our liking and it basically elevated the dish.
- Edamame cheese balls :
Before i say anything about the dish, i must say please order this. Take my word.
Cripy on the outside and goey and steaming hot from within these edamame balls were the best appetizer which we loved. They were placed on a bed of Sichuan sauce which helped us with extra flavouring. I'd definitely go back for this one.
- Chef's Special Wok :
With all the delicious appetizers we were very full but this dish caught my eye and really wanted to try some. A very true to heart and comfort dish this was. Was served in a pot with candle burning below to keep it warm even while we eat it.
I opted for rice preparation along with anither spicy lantern sauce and for protein we had Tofu. must say the incorporation of all the items mentioned above was so well that i could extend the limits of my appetite.
If you order 1/2 appetizers.. this wok is good for 2 people to complete dinner.
- Mandarin Mousse :
I'd rather not describe this dessert because this is am experience which you can't live unless you yourself try it. A star Chinese fruit turned into dessert is highly expected from this place.
A replica of the Mandarin fruit with full of surprises within leaves you with happy tummy by the end of your meal. Taste wise the dish was creamy and tangy and sweet all at the same time and had a jelly - like inside with a thick layer of creamy mousse.
Apart from food the next best aspect about this place is, they have a very courteous staff. Mr. Santosh the man who took us through the menu and explained us about the cuisine and where it came from and gave us detailed description of the dish we're having along with taking feedbacks. I think this is the way a restaurant progresses whtn they're guests are taken care of well and when the outlet is ready to hear feedbacks.
I'll delighted to visit again.
