★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful and disorganised.The staff aren't aware of anything. They called us at 10:20 for a CT and my 79 years old sick mom was made to wait till 12:00 .She had not eaten from 6:30 am as they had instructed for a 4 hours gap between eating and the CT scan.She has eaten accordingly however no one seemed to be valuing time or understand the patient's condition.
The wheel chair assistant was reluctant to help and he used his foot to bring down the wheel chair's foot rest.His feet hit mom's foot but he was least bothered.
It seems he is not paid for his job.As a result he does not enjoy what he does.
Very very very poor service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was misguided initially by few negative ratings - that is normal these days due to open internet platform allowing free use to support one’s interest.
I just did one of urgent medical investigation here. This is one of the most professional centre I have seen in Kolkata so far. There is crowd but excellent front desk make sure things move. Environment is very clean.
Only problem I faced is , google map landed me 2 - 3 km beyond the centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called up the clinic for queries regarding PCR test and the lady receptionist said it will cost 1500 rupees for home collection. 950 for the test and 550 for the travel expenses. So I told her that I live in bondel road and the clinic is around 1.6 km, upon hearing this she disconnected the call. Very Pathetic and ill mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS and weight gain has always been a touchy topic for me. Earlier this year I had surgery for which I was immoblised for weeks to months. The radiologist Dr Madhuban persistently kept implying that I have put on a lot of weight in stead of dealing with some sensitivity. Extremely unprofessional behaviour on her part. I am disappointed as a medico and a fellow member of the medical fraternity when I see doctors not respecting patient's mental health as much as their physical health.

Machine of MRI was not well. They do not have the back up machine . Staffs are not good. Dont go for MRI or CT or PET CT.

Placed in Crowded area. You also connect here easily from the anywhere from the city.
It has some rare diagnostic test all over the city. It also offers privilege membership cards to patient party, with this card you can avail some special discount offers on tests. Also offers extra discount to senior citizens. The staffs are well trained and well behaved. The infrastructure is good, with elevator facilities available. A good place for Medical Diagnostic Solutions.
