★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the products are nice but the place where they gave bath to my puppy was not at all hygienic infected dogs were kept there and the room was nit even clean they said that they remove some glands near the lower abdomen so that the puppy does not feels irritated or ithchy at the back but they do not do so it is just for saying and I didn't even got any result paws n claws is much much better in such cases......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years back, I had rated it 4 stars. But now, it pains my heart to even give them 1 star. Very irresponsible and unprofitable behaviour of Ravneet. She gave us an Indie dog claiming it to be Labrador. Though we love that dog now and happy with her. Still, these people ditched us. Apart from that, there had been multiple incidents when she promised to deliver a product in couple of hours but ended up wasting our couple of days. The owner have no etiquettes to call or update if the order is being delayed so that atleast the person can go and buy from other pet stores. Selfish people!
