★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well-located tile store just beside the NH flyover at Nayapalli. Primarily dealers in Kajaria tiles, to my knowledge, with some stock of AGL, RAK, etc (but the stock position is a problem).
Their displays are good, probably among the better dealers.
Where they come up short is in their pricing. There are at least three other stores which I know offer better rates (at least they did to me).
Their MAJOR DRAWBACK is their senior staff - some of them who act as if they are kings and their smaller customers are their servants.
A couple of times, some staff members offered me rates that were much much higher than competition. I still bought some tiles from them. Granted, I am a small customer, but when I asked for a discount for some other tiles, they laughed at me saying, if I was sending you a truck-load then I could've given you a good rate, but your quantity is so puny - how can you think of such a good rate? (They offered me tiles for 98 per sft whereas I got the same Kajaria tile for 80 rupees at another dealer. TRUE STORY)
So I went ahead and bought my small10,000 sft from other stores. Who wants to go back to a store that is so disgustingly arrogant???? I've also told my friends who're building houses to stay away.
I myself am never ever going back ??????

Slightly pricey. If you look for quantity then you get a better deal. Overall a good store.

Without a doubt, go for RK Marbles for the best quality & service of marbles, tiles and stones? The design and artwork of the tiles are the charm, will make you fall in love with them in an instant ? Also a plus point of this store is that even if you have a material out of stock, they provide you with the best alternatives which will give you no regret for giving up on the old one because they exactly know what the customers preference are. Must admire the politeness and knowledgeable aspect of the owner for making the tiles selection a smooth run for me???
