★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was unable to start my Hero Xpulse, so I took it to the nearest HERO service center(Hero R L Motors ). When I reached there I was informed that I have to deposit 20,000 rupees in advance because my bike might need engine work and if I don't give this amount then they will not repair my bike.
My bike is not very old and it has only 9444 km on it which means the engine is absolutely fine.
Then I took it to Hero Supreme Motors service cente, where they were very respectfully and only charged 500 rupees.
The inconvenience I had to face because of the RL motors was too much, they're were not cooperating in any way, well this is an old trick to send the customer away because they don't want to work on difficult problems, they would rather do simple bike service and make money that way.
The manages name is Mr. LaL SINGH who was not cooperative as well as other employees.
