★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a HP Laptop with a problem. The repair guy managed to correct the problem first time. However the same problem cropped up again within 24 hours. I have been ever since trying to get hold of the guy to check the problem again, but all in vain. RS Computech has no ownership for the same. They just dont know a thing about the "guy". And this "guy" is not receiving calls and not available at shop for may be more than a week.
All in all , avoid going for any repair works at this shop.
