★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really good to go for a office party, bachalors party or a big group party.... They have free WiFi at this place... There is no network at the place so WiFi is all you will have... You have to just get the ingredients of the food you want to be made and they will cook and give you the food... There is a cook available on site... They have a swimming pool which is 3 feet to 5 feet deep... They have a Bluetooth speaker available... There is nice greenary around... They have a fridge to chill your drinks as well as AC rooms are available... Even geysers are available in the bathroom... Extra mattresses are available and also bedsheets with pillows will be given....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's have extremely great location.The house is between hills and beside there's a Gadeshshwar Dam which is full of nature vibes.The House is good for family and too friends. The pool is good with filteration system. There's a sound system in house and outoff two bedroom one consists Air conditioning in it. Hall of house if big with attached windows kitchen in it.

Bad Behaviour from Owner side after Complaining and asking for Promised Service.⚠️
No Electricity so No Wifi. Generator is useless⚠️
Horrible Sleepless night for Sure.⚠️
Room was Dirty & Everything was old and we soon found creepy insects around whole house. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE⚠️❌
Wait Until you get home to report your Disappointment.⛔

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, embedded in neral hill. ✅Climate in pleasant, its peacefully quiet (in December). ✅Large area available to hang around inside premises. You can play outdoor sports like badminton etc. ✅Parking space available. ✅Big & clean swimming pool available. ✅Large indoor area with 2 separate bedrooms. ✅WiFi available. ✅Music system available.
⚠️No cellular network available, you can't connect with outside world. Luckily they have WiFi. ⚠️No food/snacks available, you have bring your food. ⚠️There are no nearby stores available.⚠️Property is a little rusty, needs renovation. ⚠️You are going to encounter wild animals/reptiles, be a little careful.
