★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go with them, especially if you are coming to Greater Noida. They left two ladies and one child on the highly unsecured highway, instead of dropping at the proper place Pari Chowk. The behavior of the staff was very crude.

1. The whole bus was unclean. Spots everywhere.
2. size of berth was very small. less than my height. It was impossible to sleep.
3. There was extreme cold in the bus. Neither there were blankets. It was torturous.
4. The whole bus was stuffed with cargo.
5. Bus was stopping here and there for loading and unloading cargo, so it reached four hours late.
6. Passengers were taking drinks.
7. Driver took passengers midway more than the capacity of the bus, so they were moving in the gallery, making a lot of noise.
8. None of the numbers mentioned in the messages were picked up.
Please make partial refund of the charges taken from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only bus service from gurdaspur to delhi and Timings are quite suitable for working people like me as it starts at 7pm and reach at 7am so we can go to office on same day which is the only advantage of this bus service.
Cons: smelly washroom, no wifi facility, always delay, staff behaviour is bad, long travelling hours due to delay and stoppage in amritsar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Ghaziabad to Dehradun in 2+1 Sleeper, had booked the 1st single sleeper on the left from the entrance door. The bus was in good condition and I found the ride to be comfortable and not so much bumpy. Power plug and cabin light was working, can't comment on washroom as i i didn't use it. I found the sleeper to be wider and longer than other Buses I have travelled in the past. Had to struggle a little being 6feet tall, but it was not that bad and I did sleep well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BOOK THIS BUS THEY SHOW PROFESSIONAL BUS AND IN RETURN THEY PROVIDE THIRD CLASS BUS.
Its not for the first time I have been facing these worst experience from last 5 journey. Its such a waste of my money travel with you guys. All changes the bus no pillow provided no water. Staff is very poor I have booked one ticket yesterday its time was 10:30 departure from Delhi to Varansi but its 12:09 and the bus is still ion the way. Please guys dont book this bus is just a waste of money. PNR No. 210063961.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reaching time if extended by hours as the bus waits at 20 different locations all the way for 20 to 30 minutes if a passenger is not at their pickup location. Its pathetic too me 10 hours to reach Delhi to chandigarh. Its ridiculously pathetic, the bus was nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The punctuality was up to the mark as per the driver's wording, however, the wifi was not working properly, tea break was not there even for a single minute. I do agree the timing is important for the bus services, however, customer satisfaction should be the prime moto if uh r earning from them. The change of plan in boarding was also not good which you have provided other convence. The ac duct was also broken I don't need at that time and tried a lot to close it but couldn't get. At the same time I informed the staff as well for the alternative but no1 helped me for the same. Please improve your services better to increase your customer satisfaction which will be beneficial for your future growth. Also make sure if you have decided any boarding point for the seat, you should provide the seat from there itself. Don't follow the process of pick-up and drop to another boarding point, no1 will feel safe with this process.
