No clear process to follow .
Rude and mis behaving staffs .
Have applied for NOC .It has been 2 days .
Still waiting for processes to continue .
Not helpful at all they wont even give the clear instructions,as a common man you dont know the processes and they wont let you know properly.
Heavily bribed systems .
Pathetic experience.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angul RTO office is such a trust worthy place. The staffs are well behaved and guide in a friendly manner. In some cases some documents are taking a long time to be settled but we should be very active at them otherwise we may get suffer. But the overall activities of the office and it's staffs are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All we are afraid of listen work in Govt. Office . But something experienced by me is totally astonished to you all . I had gone to R.T.O Angul for ownership change of my Santro car OR - 19F- 0067 Angul registration number. So I have to attend face to face meeting with RTO. Such a decent office like you can ask your all query in "May I help you " desk. Then you will go direct to that Room number. All things you have to do online first then only physical verification required, so this was more time saving...just 5 minutes. I would like to thank you Angul RTO & all employees for much more cooperative. Also Odisha Government to take such a nice step for people , they will get easy access & solve their issues. This office was in Panchmahala , 5 km far from Bus stand. You can go with book local Auto by giving 100 rupees. You can take your lunch in front of RTO office . A nice restaurant & very good testy food. Chicken meal is Rs. 130/- with dal , papad, Bhaji etc. Angul town is very neat & clean. Communication facility needs to be improved.Thank you ??
