Licence is basic need of people but here officer act like people are servant of them.
This is request to gov. That Change your worst system of licence.
We made you so don't be react like you are cheap personal.
People believe you so don't break their emotions by annoying them...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on palanpur to ambaji highway. Very big office and very big campus too. Any vehicle related, driving licence related work is being done here for entire Banaskantha district. But every employee in the office is very currupted. No one do any work without curruption money. No one give any guidance or answers to people. So people must go to agent and give unlimited money . So overall very worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service if you want driving licence then you have to go RTO atlest 4 to 5 times and wait for 3 to 4 hours in a crowded que.

But today 4April2022 to 17 April 2022 till T.R.BEDI proce for printing smart card. I don't know in indian RTO can't print one Driving licences in 14 Day.

As usual no officer there to collect appointment docs at time..came late..i clear test. Again went to know my result and submitting docs not a single officer there.
Go theere at your own risk of time consumption.
ટાઈમની કોઇ કિંમત જ નથી.
