★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. Office is a Public Service office at 1st floor of the building. Staff are good. Service of electricity done here, any fault of domestic or business line reported here for repair. Here is a separate bill payment collection centre at this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of inefficient people work all together. No body received the phone call even their support telephone never worked. Only they send you bill on-time and if you failed to pay they charge you late fine. Being a subscriber I never had a good experience with them. And lastly, privatization would be a wise move if you want to get a proper service.
