She is also very caring and understanding! While I sing in the class, she listens very carefully and gives feedback in a kind way. She also sends recordings and notes as needed. With a divine and sonorous voice, her singing reach across all three octaves while she approaches each note keeping in mind the soul of the raga. Very detailed while handling Raga, Bandish, Swaras or Thans, Ananya brings out multitude of beautiful shades of the raga, creating a new world and experience for the listener. While not restrained by the tradition, Ananya is bold to foray into new experiments and have chosen to imbibe and try out all beautiful techniques in any branch of music, that be other Kharanas, south Indian or western music.
