★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like a Jail , The mother can't connect with her child , the doctors , the counselors , the receptionists - All r so arogant , they don't cooperate with the parents of the patients and behave so rudely , they haven't no intentions to cure patients , their intentions are just to gathering money from the patient parties , so they kept here one normal person against his or her wish , very bad experiences in one month , there should b need a legal action against this hospital

Doctor's are good treatment also fine But staff management and staff attitude is worst ..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only know how to take money from patient party.Its a profitable institution not for treatment.last six+years my son is under treatment of one of the Doc and councelling but result is 0.Whereas I spend lot of money.last admitted Bill for 2 and half month in the year Jan 22 was 1lakh 65 thousand.God knows .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started treatment in 2013 and got proper resolution in 2017. I won't mention any respected physician's name as it's unethical for Medical Services, but personally being a Medical Professional would like focus on some points directly related with core management team, If possible hire front office employees those have completed graduation in hospital administration in perspective of using soft skills while communicate with patient relatives. Eligibility for a Pharmacy staff should at least diploma in pharmacy. There should be an honest PRO / Floor Manager who will take care of feedback part for both Inpatient and Outpatient services as well. In out patient department the person who is assigned for checking only vitals should act like paramedic not like general physician.
Finally about my special paper Substance Abuse and Addiction Department, paracetamol 500mg / 650 mg won't help anyone who is suffering with withdrawal symptoms, hence RMO's shouldn't prescribe paracetamol for any kind of pain without checking case history minutely. Provided prescribing pantoprazole along with paracetamol to a long term substance abuser is meaningless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess Antaragram is one of best psychiatric hospital & rehabilitation centre in westbengal.
Staffs are very cooperative,The infrastructure of this hospital is just as a psychiatric setup should be, antara is constantly trying to reach the level of patients and their family member's expectations?.
Lastly i would say that I've never seen such a beautiful greenery in any other hospital, everything seems to be enough to change a patient's mind.?

Then admitted again 2021 .my marriage date 21st February 2021. and admitted within 7 days. 28 th february.2021.
I , bipolar disorder .but m not patient. By profession m software engineer. My b.tech completed 2017 from G.M.I.T, Baruipur Kolkata 700144.
Mental disorder ,for my child hood disturbence my environment also.2021 dr.Parthasarathi hazra.
M thankful by heart incharge Sangeeta Rani kar madam, Indrani madam also.
I love all, respect full Antara team.
Now 2022
I have one message for Antara, my husband is actual culprit for my 28th Feb 2021 incident.
After marriage, reception party 23rd Feb 2021,from that day ,gave medicine with liquid food , schizophrenia ,that's why with in 7 days admitted Antara.now lodge f.i.r. act 498a.
Thanks antara hospital again cause antara give me msg ,love Your self first. Don't take wrong decision, like suicide....

Actually i was discharged from Antara 8 th april 2021.then I went to in-laws home 18 th april,then started again mental torture.after that changed my doctor dr. Debasish Sanyal h.o.d of kpc medical college and hospital,
even my husband started physical torture from 15 th august.12 th October ,15 th October 300 slapped, sprit also.....then started again counciling sambita madam in kpc medical college. Madan said immediately join in job and said that avoid to conflict in laws. After Puja my dad effected ... COVID so I didn't shared my dad,i shared only mom.my husband 31st March 2021 kicked my belly even punched.last he punched holi ,18 th March 2022.when i admitted antara 2021,i promised diamond harbour, kolkata and antara hospital, i ll collect all evidences against my in laws husbend also.i , successful .so 19 th March came back diamond harbour and all proof showed south 24 pargana woman PS. and GD with complaints even f.i.r lodged.i have all proof.
So I like Antara environment.now under treatment CMRI.now fixed goal PHD.after M.tech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very sad & disappointed to share such an worst experience review about antara hospital worst hospital of all time . First of all no respect, no manners to talk with patients family member simple spreading false information from the ward boy of the hospital on a call . They don't share any correct information about patients health ( patients was admitted in hospital from 15 days they don't allow us to talk with the patients every time we try to connect they provide an false excuse and suddenly they called us and said that the patients has been shifted to I .C .U and later they gives an false allegations to the patients party of being informed ) .
Worst hospital never seen the worst conversation between ward boy and ladies staff.
Hospital only interested in money making. Security behaviour highly unprofessional. Sometime they get ready for fight. they keep patient in ICU unnecessary for money . The attitude of the hospital staff is like they are owner of kolkata, staff management is totally worst .
So, please I request every one not to visit this hospital nor recommend to any one .
