★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the staff is very bad- they speak very rudely . They do not provide required information to patient's family and are always reluctant to talk about the patient.
They even extracted lot of money from the patient's family and provided a counselor with very less experience who is uncertain about the patient's recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Siddhartha and Dr Naskar and great people both by heart and by their respective professions.
My maternal uncle was admitted under Dr Naskar, with "brain fog" as a part of the post covid complications.
Now after spending a month in the Resurrection, he is completely fine and doing great.
God bless the team and Resurrection. I'm so obliged to the entire team, I hoped I could have given 100 stars upon 5 Starts if that was a possibility (100/5 *).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at my wit's end as my wife was going through a severe mental condition for several months and was under psychiatric treatment at home. Due to some physical problem she started refusing food and medicine and was practically went without food for almost a week. Due to the covid situation and lockdown I was unable to provide her with proper treatment.
Then I contacted RESURRECTION and though it was a bit distant from my home , when I had a conversation with MR. KAUSHIK, I was convinced that this is the right place for my wife to get the proper treatment.
Once my wife was admitted at RESURRECTION under Dr.Subrata Naskar, (by the way, the consultation with the doctor was also arranged by RESURRECTION ) then Mr SIDDHARTH took over and they took care of everything from then on. I was getting feedback about my wife's condition everyday and they also arranged visit by a general physician for her physical problem.
Practically my wife was under RESURRECTION'S care throughout the 4 weeks she was there.
This is an excellent establishment and they treat their wards as if they are members of their own family.
I didn't have to do anything except paying the bills which was extremely reasonable and there never was any pressure for payment from their end.
At present my wife is at home and still under treatment but her condition has improved dramatically.
I sincerely thank MR. SIDDHARTH AND MR. KAUSHIK for their kindness and empathy.
