★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance and water issues in Bella Casa remain unattended. They have no responsible staff on site available and emails to office are not answered (not a single email). The society is beautiful but basic requirement of clean water (few years) and generator/lift backup, and solar heaters has been an issue. I have taken possession of the flat about 8 months now and my complaints have fallen on deaf years. I have not received a single mail from they since my dues have been paid in full while taking possession. Called head office today and was promised that action will be taken. Fingers crossed.
Issues sorted out and now a great place to be. Locality seems to be getting a bit crowded.
