★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time dealing with printing shops. I went to an old big shop in Alkapuri area. When I received my order in hand, Poor quality. Poor material. Thin paper. And I was told, it's 300 gsm, at the time of placing order. Uneven and spoiled edges of my textured visiting card. They didn't care. I had to get it reprinted somewhere else.
Then I called Rachana Printers. I was given very timely and helpful responses all throughout my experience. I was being attended by a professional person here (Mr. Manthan Shah). I was still worried until I finally got my visiting cards in my hand! Edges were perfect! Material was good! Print was awesome! In total, Simple yet nice! Paper was thicker than the previous one. It was 270 gsm. They did their part to improve the printing quality because my file had low resolution. Everything was taken care including speedy delivery.
