Bought a Hero Gleam in May 2015, the rim tape was missing. Leading to blistering in the tube near spoke holes and finally tube burst on the very first day.
All that the owner had to say was that rubber parts are not covered in warranty and new cycles don't come with rim tape.
Nothing can be further from truth. Rubber parts are covered under normal wear & tear and missing Rim Tape is a manufacturing defect to be rectified by the OEM through the dealer.
Avoid this dealership. Total fraud and uncouth.

Hercules streetcat when i came to knew that my cycle paddling is too tight immediately i i rused to owner fir the same . But he say ur cycle is new after some time it will be perfect but nothing happen.
So i took back my cycle to owner they starting misbehaving and saying this cycle is ur recommendation not mine.
So my humble request dont purchase any cycle from this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is illiterate and greedy one. Sold me over size bike and asked its right for your height without knowing the correct size suitable for me. Now I am suffering from neck pain. He is a black spot in the market. I would recommend dont visit his shop and save your money and buy from another shop.
Greedy thief pocket picker no respect for customer value. Highly unreliable , non sense speaker. Should be a rickshaw puller not a cycle shop owner then he would realized the size matters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud dealer, will tell you that others in the market are fake dealers, But he himself is a fake dealer, He sold me a defective cycle with broken chain cover, upon asking he said it got broken at the time of shipping please spare yourself from purchasing from this shop.
