★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mess of a shop. Extremely slow response of the staff. Mismanagement hinders their performance. Prices are high. No discounts or offers. The Debit/Credit card machine does not work. The staff is not polite or friendly. However they do have a wide range of products available, but takes a lot of time for them to sort stuff out.

Personally I bought a basketball for 600 INR, Adidas. Pretty good, so I'm happy with the place. It was very old and covered in dust, but they cleaned it up and it works well.

Mr. Happy is the man running the show, does not negotiate on price, although the delivery schedule of my product was a bit tight, it was delivered and installed on time. they are able to keep up with their word.
parking space in front of the shop is a scarce. two wheeler can manage, but 4 wheeler would be a challenge; its the same in karol bagh.
