★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want headache then go for it. for the last 6 months I am fed up using there services in shahberi. There WiFi barely works. I had to change my router four times because of them. Reason there cable is passing unnecessary current in the line. Earlier there service was good which kept me using it but now no body pics up call. Better to ho for other wifi services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst speed I put 50 Mbps speed connection and not getting more than 10 Mbps, and when I am calling to vendor to ask is there any problem in line they are not picking up my call no replies in email. It's only been three days for my connection and i am really wondering with these peoples there is no option below 1 rating otherwise i will give 0 to this network don't go with this try another connection at least they can listen to you but here forget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Only if I can write this in bold to make it loud and clear to everyone out there. I should have gone through their Google reviews before contacting them. No wonder they have 2.6 rating.
Before making the advance payment they promised us that the setup would be done in 24 hours. I even cross checked with the lady that I was in touch with about the holiday that was falling on the next day but she assured me that it doesn't matter her team would be there to get the installation done.
I generally do not mind the delays but given the nature of my and my brother's work this had to be done on the urgent basis which was communicated to them well in advance and to which they said it would be done within the 24 hours of making the advance payment.
But all in vain. I am happy atleast they are not fraud and returned the advance payment. When I tried talking to the senior about the issue, he was extremely rude and said "behas karni hai ya fir lagwana hai". I obviously asked him for the refund because if at the time of acquiring the customer they can be so unprofessional and rude, I don't know what kind of service they would have provided us with in the future. Didn't want to take that risk.
I won't recommend RACSANN to anybody. Giving 1 star because can't give negative.
