★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company, they only need money in the end of month to recharge the plan, but after that the net get flectuating every day if I call them they dnt ans them or they put their phone on busy, I guess all the five stars rating is given by the company employees it's self....
Dnt buy this net service.... Waste of money...

In every 2 days net is down for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Internet speed is also not fixed every time.
Just, suggest you guys don’t get it, I am going to quit it for ever and searching for new good provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is literally very poor. Internet downtime atleast two days a week. Support team unresponsive. Even when you complain they treat you rudely. Entirely useless ISP. I recommend not to use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service. Facing issues from last 3 months. Either its Speed Issue or Connectivity Issue. Its totally helpless. I have fiber connection of 200mbps and face issues everyday. No Internet or Speed Issue or Request time out.. Ping Issue.. Vendor is non responsive and rude. They told me why i am relying on their connection go get another connection. Yes I did get connection from another vendor ONE BROADBAND since 1month has past and i don't even called them more than 2 times that my inter is not working. One broadband is auto pilot mode and gives peace of mind But Excitel NO WAY ITS HEADACHE. AND VENDOR IS REALLY PATHETIC.
