They collect full service charge but at the time of service they don't provide single service to their customers.
So,I request you all please don't believe on their company and company facilities bcz this types of company is only open for cheats the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give even less than one star if possible.They are charging full AMC and not providing services. Complete deficiency in services on the part of this. They are not responding to the phone calls also at times and months passes neither do they call you back. They must shut down their shops if they could not provide proper services to their consumers. Don't know where are they busy if they could not spare some time to the customers.
I will not recommend this company as I have a bitter experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is horrible (very very very very bad) with services. In fact they are cheating and harassing people. They took a service contract and AMC in 2019 and promised for 4 services out of that they gave only 3 services and they promised they will provide their services. But in the meantime contract expired but still they promised that they will fulfill their promise and so requested for the renewal of the service contract. I paid full amount for the whole year. But this time they have not given a single service. I called them up so many times (at least 15 to 20) but every time they promise send the technician. Again 2 months lapsed and they didn't send anyone for the service of the chimni.
They have created this company to make fool of the customers and harass the consumers.This is complete deficiency of services on their part.
I will never recommend to trust for the services of this company.
