But there is nothing near by to eat
And the railway tracks are near so as the train crosses creates lots of noise ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to live here. It's too far from the city Ghaziabad which is approximately 8 km. Nearest metro station is Vaishali metro station of Blue line but soon New buss adda metro station of Red line is going to be the nearest metro station which is 9.5 km away from here.
If you are daily commuter to Delhi , Noida or Gurugram then it's going to be your bad decisions to buy flat here because it will consume your most of the time in travelling.
And the local community is also still undeveloped because it's village area.
There's no proper roads in the colony, in rainy season roads are fully covered with water. All the roads were of made of mud.
The area is still on under construction so you will hear the noise of machines etc in day time.
