β β β β β Worst service I had ever seen. Never trust or believe in this Radha Madhav Toyota showroom in Vijayawada. Took more than six month to deliver the car after order was placed. After paying the full amount they didnt give the paperwork till now. Never buy car at this showroom

β β β β β Any small item also telling order after 7days or 10days minimam telling in servise superviser like door beeding and small rubber push locks door to body locking bush very bad this is show room not in road side shed

β β β β β No spares available . I given the vehicle for some body parts painting and some repairs. The service coordinator confirmed that the work will be completed with in 10 to 12 days . After 22 days also even painting work not completed . They changed the delivery dates 3 times . After 22 days the delivery date changed to 25 the day . Due to non availability of small parts / lubricant oils / filters ... they not able to handover the vehicle in complete working condition .
After spending 1 Lakh also we can't use the vehicle comfortably .
No staff member has the clarity on status of the vehicle .
pathetic situation ..
