★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection as well as behaviour of staffs are very good but the worst part is even in the era of digital payment, they prefer cash transactions. I have made two payments through Google pay on the eve of this Dhanteras for which they claimed one payment not received. I have to made the payment again. However, the bank official as well as google pay stating that both payments credited in their bank account. They are not even showing their statement of account to confirm the payment. This type of fraud at this jewellery shop. I have no other option left except file an FIR and go through mental harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, got a defective ear pieces of a necklace set. They are not ready to exchange ear pieces without making charges and GST. Why customer should bear charges for defective ear pieces items.

I have purchased some jewellery and some silver items but when I asked them that I need some boxes for my silver items their staff named mantu told me that it will cost me some amount and I transferred that amount but when I have gone to receive my boxes he talked to me vary rudely and shows unprofessional behavior to me. He asked me to wait and just wait only. I think the owner should do something for this. Because I think this is not the way to treat a customer.
