★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For repeat visits, one should be able to build trust with the customer and if that effort is missing no one really visits again. Have visited a couple of times when others were closed or to explore in general for a specific item.
To transmit an unclear or half picture to the person across may ensure an immediate sale but it has far more impact and that needs to be realised here.
The range looks to be quite exhaustive but to let the customer explore it to fit in the requirement requires patience and willingness at the shopkeeper's end.
I guess it must be a known one in the plumber's circuit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with them. When I purchased the items for plumbing I knew plumber asked few things extra to purchase so I checked with these can I return back those if not in use and they said keep the bill and return.
When I tried to return the items they said we will only return pvc connector not the clamp or nails.
I said at the time of purchase you said we will return everything now saying something else but they were not in mood to take back those items. When I asked multiple times they offered 20 rs for items worth 300.
It should be last resort if you want to purchase anything related to plumbing.
