We have paid the deposit and they acknowledged they received it, and it has been two months since we have been asking for confirmation. We keep following up and they say they will send it but it never happens. I don’t think I can trust them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Chardham yatra: they are charging VIP rates and providing third class services. Their senior sales person (Mr. Ghanshyam) got mastery in giving false promises/inappropriate response.
Poor customer service, rude behavior! Better go for some other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr deepakbhai id fraud last time Or after u reach airport I know you are not travel by radheshyam and they joinf you with anybody tour which experience is betu bed.
Nature Vimzical sometime give response and sometimes like boss.
Hotel quality specially sikkim darjilling very far and fat from city.
Manager are hopeless. Not to
recommend . Management zero. Food quality not to good or veritoes.
And Mr ankit not professional.
