Today just today there was this woman who was new around, I have seen her the first time. I asked her for an upper lip and chin waxing as always. She asked back if there was any other services I would wish to do other than the chin. And upper lip wax. I said I wanted to get a facial done but I hadn't booked an appointment. She said no we don't do facial without appointment. I replied " I'm aware of it I'll come at a later point in leisure"
Then strangely she went paranoid repeating "you can come tmrw I. Will fix a time"
I said no I'll do it at my convinience over call. Then she said what about today evening, I said I have other plans I want to get the facial done in leisure, let it be.
She again questioned, " so today u just want to do upper lips and chin wax, no facials at all? " While asking this she was applying rica wax to my upper lip.
Madness, she just took the wax knife and just applied wax on my nostrils, so much that a small amount of the hot wax was inside my left nostril.
What I want to say here is the wonderful customer followup done by the PR team if the salon to understand my plightful experience and immediately address it with utmost priority.
Such a customer valuation is much needed. I thank Radiance salon for the same. Not very often does a customer get to be treated the way they are, and the kind gesture by the PR team of the salon to quickly check the facts from me and rectify them is commendable.
