β β β β β Dr. Hetal is one of the best dermatologist not around Baner /Pashan but in Pune. She is friendly doctor & listen to patient problem also ask several questions during diagnostic to understand root cause of problem & prescribe medicine per your body needs & problem. Basically, she gives her time to make sure that patient will cure fast. I am visiting there from last 4/5 years for different problem but never seen her that she is in hurry like other doctors. She is now shifted to new place (K-Square) which is having more advance facilities/rooms, so patient feel quite comfortable to share his/her problem. In case of emergency or if you are unable to visit her place then she is always available to help/guide you on call, she provides consultation through WhatsApp, so that she can understand problem through video call or picture & prescribe medicine accordingly.
She is always available for patient & follow the principal βPatient Firstβ

Dr hetal listened to my complaints patiently and gave medicines accordingly. It is also very convenient since medicines are available in the same complex.

At that time we immediately contacted her applied medicine prescribed by her. The next day we went to her followed everything she said. Within 4 to 5 days she started recovering.
