★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radiant White Orchid is an apartment built by Radiant Structures. The building is of two blocks, both completed. The basic facilities are now present, such as, a well equipped gym, a party hall, a small swimming pool, a somewhat small and barely manageable indoor sports room with a ping pong table and a pool table. Work is still in progress for the kids play area and sauna. The building is adjoining two pipe storage godowns on the east and west. The south wall abuts another flat and a part of the eastern wall is having a car workshop for a neighbor. The neighborhood has another apartment at the cul de sac, and is generally a quiet place. Water is from borewells in the property, hardness is about 600 ppm. Building has a DG power backup during electricity supply failures, which are quite often. We get occasional wildlife visitors such as snakes. Security is ok and efficient. Some flats are still available for sale. You can contact the builder for further details. There are two supermarkets within 200m of the apartment, 2 medical stores, a small 24/7 hospital is about 500 meters away. Overall, a good, decent place to live in.
