I worked in radiate for around 6 months but vry thing is good I give proper resignation and they also provide my remaining amount with out going office for that I have heard lots of time that they are not giving salary but as per my experience they are good ?

Really a bad & worst company ,they are just fake in everything, nothing is transparent in their system.. Very big issue of salary every month. I worked there 8 months in Elica process like senior Executive. but I never got respect like a senior because my TL wasn't to Mature. anytime she was playing with Employee feelings. seriously I don't ever suggest to anyone to work there.. Seniors have no manner how to behave with Employees. Guys if you are interested to join this organization then first you have to think that you have to fight with TL every month for the salary. one thing more. If you will be focus on your salary after ending the month then Process director can be terminate you .. There are many types of issues??? ?? ?? ???

Such a ridiculous company I have never seen before....They cheat you, when the salary time comes. You could been fired from the company with the very silly reason, or sometime you won't get the exact reason...they don't provide you proper documentations. So that you will become helpless in order to take any legal action against them. So be very careful while joining this company....they are freakin ringmaster who knows how to these clowns out....

What happed with Me In this Company Actually I would Like To tell you. why you should not join this company When i was working there. from couple of days we were facing the issue of AC facility of company. the think was that We were working on third floor , at the time of sunset in evening sun shine on glasses of third floor, than its got heated environment on floor , some one escalating this upper level team every day but issue was not resolving. one day I Decided to Go in HR Tem Of company For same That we are getting puzzle every day . I have done same ,I escalated to HR team for AC Facility, one more talk .even on the same day A girl unconscious on floor Due to heating Environment ,but I was not know really .What will Happen With ME After all. HR Team told me that why don't you work , I told to them i don't want unconscious like this girl , they allow to leave with out paid for that day . from next day I found on floor, AC is in working Condition of floor. i was doing the work with feeling of happiness. Suddenly After few days HR is directly saying To me That we could Not be continue with you from right now, because when you came to me for AC Issue that time you were saying You Are taking medicine every day that's way , while i said only that time to HR Due to heated on floor every day we will have to take medicine on daily basis. so please resolve the AC issue Mam. i shocked that what she saying to me directly. even she is Not Asking my Medical Suppose If i said too. but that time it Was clear in my mind that they don't want to me in company at any cost. They were reacting Like individual Not a company type HR was shouting At me when I was asking Suddenly How its possible why don't you ask My medical relevant Document , i was not want to skip job That time . I was saying to HR please Allow Me to work I Will Show my medical Document Also, But it was not acceptable to god. I could not Continue after that in this company HR Taken By force fully Full Final latter sing by me Because i was afraid that they did not given me offer latter still . upcoming 15 was salary date , & they did Like this on 14 th of June 2021 Still today is 15 July 2021 my 15 days salary remaining salary Have not come Today, even they took my all relevant Document on Full & final Settlement Bank Details & all on email, Even They are professional but casual more That That. Tl AM All are fail front OF HR , This company can do every thing With you Be aware I wish for every one God never give this kind of opportunity to Any One But thankfully for this company HR , on right time she refuse to work by me . & thank to god my mind taken Right design on that time to skip, else she were saying I will call to women help line if you will do again insist for job'' offer latter & all. very Thank full for this lady. that she have not taken any legal action on me, instead of give offer latter , when she said to me for women helpline complaint. I was blank on that time because I was facing all tings first time in my entire life without more debate about offer latter salary . on immediate effect I closed the topic for all privacy policy & facility of company & come back to home. after this I am A part Of MNC Right Now, जो हुआ, वह अच्छा हुआ, जो हो रहा है, वह भी अच्छा ही हो रहा है, और जो होगा, वह भी अच्छा ही होगा। तुम्हारा क्या गया, जो तुम रोते हो? तुम क्या लाए थे, जो तुमने खो दिया?

It is a good company and the process in which I work is very good and my team leader is also very good and very good work place

My self is Sirsha and i selected for Hero Process in Instant It solutions. Instant IT is loaded with Legal documentary and Radidate is completely black listed company and they give salary in Cash by stealing GST and other taxes from goverment by 15th to 20th at every month. first i had offered 18.5 k and then they ask me to compromised my salary of 17k. however i already left the previous job so i didn't have any other options to this. Only those can work here who is ready to compromised and do everything what director wants. i have seen maximum peoples is pet of director.

Hello guys I'm Santosh Kumar I worked 1.3 years in Radiate company with Elica process, and my experience is too bad. Because of this types of things you can read why I'm saying that, At the time of joining HR said that after one year your salary will be increased but when my one year complete they are not responding anything when i said to hr she said that go to TL and say that and she will talk with me. and guys what should i tell you about tl, TL have so much egoistic ladies. Guys Process is good but elica tl is too bad.Ok coming to my conversation with tl one day she call me and ask me that how much salary you want to take i said that 15k and my current salary was 11k then she said that how can i give you this salary i said that ok i said that whatever you want to give you can tell me she said that ok you can go i will again call you in evening after that i waited but she didn't give me any types of confirmation. why i said that for 15k because if she can increase 30% salary to another agent that's why i said that. An one thing i would like to inform you that this company did not provide any types of documents of your work for example Experience latter, they provide salary in coins and 10 rupees note so this is also very bad things.
