Please check scammer payback in YouTube channel don't become victim to this fake call centre already reported with solid evidence to cyber crime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thia is worthless.... Please any one is reading this.. Trust me do not ever join this company, they are useless.. They do not care you... Hr wasted my 3 days and not receiving my phone after selection. Its better to join Ienergizer... I generally don't like to give reviews but this is really needed, so no body get fooled like me... And yes i tried to contact some employee of Vcare ....littery they were abusing everyone... Poor management... They trret u like slave.... So if you really want to work or maintain ur self respect... Do not ever join

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No leave policy (i.e. they deduct the salary for any leave apart of week offs) salary day is 10th of every month. However, one extra star for few people of hiring team, trainers and supervisors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very unreliable company. Any day anyonecome and say that process is Rammed down and on top of that they will not be able to accommodate in other process plus they will ask yiu to resign so that they won't have to pay you one month additional salary as per the contract.
No incentives
No Casual leaves
No Special leaves.
Nothing.
Better to look for other BPO then joining this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best intraction with Shreya interview cordinator and with Waseem. Had a great exp with both of them. Shreya showed willingness to help professionaly and soft spoken too. Must recommed candidates to connect with Shreya in case of walk in interviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is poor of HR department but I must say Divya is the good HR over there , Mr. Abbas is the trainer he soo good having a very good knowledge of the product & there product Telegoo5 is very innovative and good product and ofcourse last but not the least IT head Mr. Sushil is a very genuine person these 3 are the assets to the company.
I wish these three persons a very goodluck and all the best for the future endeavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divya mam is so polite and good person .She is the best Hr I ever met.last friday i attended interview for CCE role there i wait there for 2 hours in evening i asked with other Hr also in long Suit , She is in hurry without replying to me she goes outside by ignoring me.then after sometime around 8:30 in evening divya mam came she is also about to leave for home i asked with her as i m frustrated that time .when i told her that its been more than 3 hours i m sitting there for interview she goes inside keep her bag and asked office boy to give me tea firstly .then she brief me about the process.then immediately she called manager to take my interview.
Although i am not selected but the way she treat other peoples was excellent .
Next day i got mam' s call also regarding my feedback that i got rejected i am very upset that time and then also she motivated me and asked me to improve myself and reapply after sometime.
I suggest to everyone all other peoples wont give u respect whenever u go to vcare meet divya mam only.
