Megha Appliance sector 63 noida has taken money for 2 year Glen chimney service. But they do not provide timely services. I have been following up since 2 weeks for the the second servicing. But they repond saying that technician is not free or unavailable. The first service was good(at time of charging money for 2 year service package). But follow up service is not guaranteed. So think twice before opting for yearly package or better go for some other dealer.

Extremely poor service. No timely service rendered after collecting AMC amount. You will be treated like a begger after paying AMC charges. Phone calls are not responded. Technician deputed for the service does not come even after giving time. Boycott this company to save yourself. Otherwise you will feel cheated the way I have been made to feel after 2 years AMC.

Worst AMC service, casual approach, totally irresponsible, hopeless & 3rd grade company with poor work skill. They don't visit home timely during AMC period but, very clever for renewal of AMC. I gv a big ZERO to this company..
