★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a project with name “Krishna Affordable Housing Scheme” from Rahjea Develover, in Sector-14, Sohna, Haryna, RERA ID: 21 of 2017.
The flats was allotted in June 2015 and they are still under construction with the estimated time of delivery was between February 2019 and December 2019. But still after 54 months of allotment, there is no hope when the builder will give the flats. There was no construction happened from last 18 months or so and they have just finished only 30-45% of construction. No banks are doing funding for them and all the bankers had stopped disbursing the installments according to the new demands.
Now as a low middle class people are paying rent, paying EMI with no hopes of getting flats in near future. Also the builder is not ready to refund our money as per the Agreement to sell.
There are already 8 cases pending in Haryana RERA and people are going to file more and more cases against the Raheja Developers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People buy affordable houses, because they cannot afford other, more lavish establishments. It is a pity that Raheja Krishna housing, ironically under pradhan mantri awas yojna scheme, is serving a purpose opposite to aiding housing for lower middle class, but actually harassing the buyers.
The posession has been delayed by over 3 yrs and looking that the builders sheer lack of concern and interest, poor quality of construction will come as no surprise.
Scores of families have invested their life long savings and struggling to pay off rent, during Corona. There is absolutely no progress and builders simply continues to share false news.
An admired and respected decison by the honorable prime mister but what is being done to the defaulters like Raheja. No refund, no interest, no penalty! Shame on Raheja group and authorities who don't care about implementation of schemes #PMAYUrban #PMAY #PMOIndia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO WHAT TO DO .. WITH THESE FRAUD PEOPLES.. EVERY MONTH GIVING INSTALLMENTS WITH NO HOPE.. CAN WE ALL MAKE A WHATSAPP GROUP OR ANY OTHER FOR SOME SOLUTIONS.. THERE ARE NO UPDATE EVEN ON PHONE OR AT SIGHT.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!
Very Bad !! .. It seems to be a fraud case . They took almost 12 lacs from me no updates ... their office staff keep changing .. no one comes on call.. if we go vising them -we see same site of 2-3 workers doing a slow pace of work.. commitment date keeps sliding years by years ... its been 7 years and no assurance.

far behind its plan and schedule of completion

in spite of that demanding money.
hardly it will be completed by 2020 as per current pace of work.
