★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building and serene location, but terrible society and managing committee infamous for having late night functions, violating noise pollution norms since years, shamelessly disturbing all those living nearby. It's ironic that people living in a building named Serenity love destroying the serenity of the location.
