★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Bought a A/C for my office from here. They took installation charges from me but got a call directly from Godrej saying their authorised person will come & do installation and i have to pay them directly. If i do it thru any other vendor warranty wont be applied.
During installation Godrej guys told me that the outdoor blower is for 2021 model but indoor unit is of 2019 which is a mismatch. Terrible experience despite of paying upfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold a defective 1.5 tonne Bluestar window Air Condition intentionally. I had just gone to their shop for an enquiry visit and gave my details to them. The next day AC was sent home without informing or making any payments when I asked them why have they done this, they said I am an esteemed customer so for better service they delivered the product. The discount was reasonable to I took the bait and became their prey. To my horror the Bluestar service is equally unreliable and disgusting. All hard earned money down the drain and this was suppose to be the first AC for my house, feeling so low and disturbed.
