★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Snehanjali Dahisar west shop on 6th April 2019; however the receipt shows purchased date as 31st March 2019. When asked to rectify the same the Branch Manager puts blame on the newly purchased accounting system by the owner of the shop. With the explanation provided by the Branch Manager it is clear that they wanted to push their stock sells in previous financial year.
Also, while purchasing the refrigerator, it was clearly communicated by the sales person that they will deliver a new refrigerator from their godown located at Vasai, however they have delivered the Demo piece (without my consent) which was kept in their shop. As this is a Demo piece, it is having some functional issues.
Till date above issues have NOT been addressed even after visited the shop many times. NO initiative has been taken by the Dahisar Branch Manager. It clearly indicates that they do not have any concern about customer satisfaction once they sold their product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Electronic goods shop. It's gives a variety of options on Electronic goods (TV, Washing Machine, Mobile's,etc). It also provides discount's during offer period. The shop is nearby the station road, facility to park vehicles are less due it may get towed or fined, take care on it. Happy Shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete fraud company - Snehanjali - should have a tag line as to how they con people. My grandmother Mrs. Sushila Gandhi booked a refrigerator from Snehanjali and she received the same product which was on display. Whereas while booking, as she had read others review, she had clarified that she wants a complete new refrigerator, to which they promised to deliver her the best new product with best service and quality.
Next day the refrigerator arrived and she got to know it is the same one which was at display (pink shade) again with charges as high of a new product.
After the delivery she immediately went to the store to check and she saw the display fridge which she had seen yesterday (pink shade) has been replaced with a brand new grey colour fridge.
She questioned them to show her the bill of whom did they sell the display product, to which the salesman laughed out and said that they shifted the pink shade fridge to their godown.
It is crystal clear that they sent the display product to her home with hiked product charges, transportation charges along with a bunch of lies and laughter.
Guys please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SNEHANJALI. IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY COMMITTED TO LOOT PEOPLE.

They provide extra extended warranty from Zoppar telling that it will be for our convenience and we trusted and we bought a Panasonic TV with extended warranty a year ago. Now it was not working so we gave it to them to repair and they have not yet solved our problem and the TV is with them for a month and when we are calling they are not replying properly and they don’t even know where our TV is. SO PLEASE NEVER NEVER EVER BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM SNEHANJLI DONT WANT TO GIVE ANY STAR ALSO ?????????????
